The Conservative Theater Festival in Columbus, Ohio is looking for playwrights.
The festival is the brainchild of Robert Cooperman, a native New Yorker playwright and Adjunct Professor of English and Theatre at Ohio University, Lancaster. Inspired by the courageous 2012 Republican Theater Festival in Philadelphia, Cooperman decided that his hometown of Columbus was ripe for such an event, with a populace that “leans right but is fed a steady diet of left-wing thinking” and a beautiful theater facility that can accommodate national and international interest levels.
Conservative playwrights are urged to visit the website and submit their one-act plays for possible inclusion at the premier event on January 7, 2017.
CLFA wishes our fellow culture warrior, Mr. Robert Cooperman, a beauty of a broken leg!
